Went to return two men's dress shirts with the receipt, but they wouldn't come up in the system. The manager said they were probably returned already and basically implied that I stole them. She was very disrespectful. I am complaining to Corporate about how I was treated.

I was shown the best customer service by Melisa who was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything me and my family needed. She went over and beyond to make sure we had a great shopping experience at Kohls. So we will return and recommend others to shop at this location. We really appreciate her because good customer service is hard to find these days! 😊

Sherita from customer service is a true asset to Kohls. She is fast, knowledgeable and helps customers make smart decisions with returns and kohls cash … I would have lost out on $21 if wasn’t for her. She is excellent at her job and so friendly!

Peggy at the registers deserves so much praise. I didn’t know how badly I needed a smile and a friendly face until I ended up at her checkout counter. She took customer service to another level and made me feel happier leaving than when I came in. Hopefully she gets some sort of praise by her managers. ♥️

Visited Kohls in Mokena today and very disappointed with the disorganization and messiness of several areas in the store crowded with so much merchandise, just not set up or kept well when compared to Kohl's in Plainfield which offers a very pleasant 5-star shopping experience.
